Fisher and Paykel PCB bulletin.

There has been some confusion lately as to exactly what to expect when you order PCB’s for F&P machines, so here it is for you put simply.

Phase 2 machines. (Blue Boards)

Motor Control FP260 (425260P) is N.L.A. – see notes below

Display module FP360 (426033P) is still available at this stage.

If you order the Motor Module you will get:

426204P (phase 4 board – mustard in colour – FP280 – SAME AS 426204BP) and

420194P (Display module – also mustard in colour but specifically designed to convert phase 2 to phase 4)

To make it easier for our customers we are kitting these two parts as FP260K. So if You order FP260 (or425260P) you will be supplied with FP260K. It contains the above boards.

Once these machines have been converted, you may in the future need to replace the display module (420194P) We will be stocking it separately as FP360N.

Phase 3 Machines (green boards)

Motor Control FP270 (825895p) is NLA – see notes below.

Display Module FP370 (426022P) is still available at this stage.

If you order the motor control you will get:

FP280 (426204BP) (phase 4 board – mustard in colour)

FP380 (426206P) (phase 4 board – mustard in colour)

To make it easier for our customers we are kitting these two parts as FP270K. So if You order FP270 (or425895P) you will be supplied with FP270K. It contains the above boards.

In short its like this:

If you have a machine with blue or green boards and they need a motor module, you just convert them to the later model machines by changing the boards to the mustard ones. The blue boards require a different display board, whereas the green ones you just swap both the boards straight over to the mustard ones.

All these changes will be reflected in our new price list, so if your unsure look there for full details. If you order the old numbers you will still get the right boards.
